At NANIZ BOX, we take great care to ensure that your orders are freshly prepared, securely packed, and delivered on time. Please read our Shipping and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Policy (India Only)

Delivery Locations

  • We currently deliver across India only.

  • Orders are shipped through reliable courier and logistics partners.

Order Processing Time

  • All products are freshly handmade.

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and courier service.

  • Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 working days from dispatch.

  • Delays due to courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • NANIZ BOX will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


2. Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are not accepted.

Refunds / Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The product received is incorrect

  • There is a quality issue with the delivered item

Reporting an Issue

  • Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Complaints must be shared with clear images of the product and packaging.

  • Requests received after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Resolution Process

  • After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, at our sole discretion.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.


3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and prepared.

  • If an order is cancelled by NANIZ BOX due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after placing an order

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Incorrect address or recipient unavailability

  • Minor variations in taste, shape, or appearance (natural in handmade products)
