  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • In case of cancellation by us, the paid amount will be refunded as per our refund policy.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are prepared or dispatched.

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or regional restrictions are beyond our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Since our products are perishable food items, returns are not accepted.

  • If a product is received in damaged condition or does not meet quality standards, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images.

  • After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, at our sole discretion.

  • No claims will be entertained after the 24-hour window.
